   Windows NT 3.51

   Introduction:
   -------------
   This document describes the procedure to install  Windows NT 3.51
   driver for the PCMCIA 10/100M Fast Ethernet Card.

   Location of Driver:     \WINNT351\AX88190.SYS

   Installing driver procedure on Microsoft Windows NT 3.51
   -----------------------------------------------------

   1. In the Main group of NT, select the "Control Panel" icon.

   2. In the Control Panel window, choose the "Network" icon.

   3. In the Network Settings dialog box, choose the "Add Adapter" button.
      The Add Network Adapter dialog box appears.

   4. In the list of network cards, select "<other> Requires disk from
      manufacturer", and then press <Enter> button.

   5. Insert the ethernet driver disk in CD-ROM Driver, enter drive and 
      pathname E:\PCMCIA\WINNT351 which is the path where the driver 
      AX88190.SYS and setup
      file OEMSETUP.INF are located, and then choose the OK button.

   6. Select the "PCMCIA 10/100M Fast Ethernet Card".

   7. Set the IRQ level and I/O Port Address,
       Available IRQs = 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 12, 15.
       Available I/Os = 300, 320, 340, 360.

   8. NT will then perform the binding process.  If any additional network
      software options were installed,	you may be  prompted for  specific
      information for these packages.

   9. Reboot the PC.
